Achieving glowing, hydrated skin is mostly about using the right products in the right order. In this blog post, I’ll share my tried-and-true morning skincare routine that not only cleanses and hydrates but also targets hyperpigmentation and controls oil production. This routine is perfect for those with sensitive skin and concerns like oil control, dark spots, and textured skin.

Step 1: Gentle Cleansing with SKIN1004 Madagascar Centella Ampoule Foam

Starting with a clean face is important. I use the SKIN1004 Madagascar Centella Ampoule Foam, a gentle yet effective cleanser from Madagascar that regulates oil production without stripping my skin of moisture. I love how it bubbles and leaves my skin soft and refreshed.

Step 2: Exfoliate with Elemis Dynamic Resurfacing Pads

Exfoliation helps in removing dead skin cells and addressing whiteheads and texture. On days when I need a little extra, I turn to the Elemis Dynamic Resurfacing Pads. These pads gently exfoliate and smooth the skin, preparing it for the next steps in my routine. I must add that this is not an everyday step for me. I use it every other day.

Step 3: Hydrate and Prep with Pyunkang Yul Essence Toner

After cleansing, I apply the Pyunkang Yul Essence Toner. This toner is one of my skincare staples because of its ability to deeply hydrate and prepare my skin for better absorption of subsequent products. You can literally feel it penetrating and hydrating the skin, in my routine, it is an absolute must-have.

Step 6: Protect and Perfect with Garnier Ambre Solaire UV Sunscreen

No morning skincare routine is complete without sunscreen. My go-to is the Garnier Ambre Solaire Anti Dark Spots & Anti-Pollution Super UV sunscreen. It offers broad-spectrum protection while also tackling dark spots and leaving no white cast. Sunscreen is a non-negotiable step to prevent premature aging and protect against harmful UV rays.
