Hiiiiii, It’s summer and I am in love with this weather, the sun is out so your sunscreen should be out too! Even during winter but especially in summer because it protects your skin against UV rays and unprotected exposure to UV rays can lead to premature aging, hyperpigmentation, and an increased risk of skin cancer. I recently tried out the Garnier Amber Solaire Invisible Serum Super UV range, and I must say, I am pretty impressed. I will be reviewing the Garnier Ambre Solaire Anti-Dark spots & Anti-pollution super UV SPF50+ and if you want a review of the other sunscreens in the range, let me know.
The product claims that it is designed to combat sun-induced dark spots, addressing one of the common concerns related to prolonged sun exposure. With the added benefits of vitamin E and hyaluronic acid, it claims to replenish the skin with essential hydration, promoting a healthy and radiant complexion.
My Review
Size – 40ml, a nice travel size but it will finish quickly
Price – £8
Where I got it – This was gifted but you can purchase it HERE
Consistency – It has a lightweight, fluid consistency, similar to the La Roche Posay Anthelios sunscreen
What makes it different – Has Hyaluronic Acid to hydrate the skin, Vitamin E to prevent Dark spots, Fragrance-free, Anti-eye-stinging, No white cast, and quick absorption.
Brand claims – The expert sun cream offers high SPF action, formulated to protect against the harmful effects of UVA/UVB rays and the environmental aggressors that cause skin damage. The non-comedogenic lotion is designed to protect the skin from sun-induced dark spots while vitamin E and hyaluronic acid feature to replenish the skin with hydration. Suited for daily use, the fast-absorbing, lightweight cream helps to promote quick and easy coverage without leaving residue.
Cruelty-free.
What I think – I like this sunscreen, It does not make me break out, has no eye-stinging effect or white cast, and leaves a glowy finish, I have sensitive oily acne-prone skin and it works for me. Some people with oily skin might not like it if they prefer a matte finish.
Good under makeup? – Yes, I have used it under my makeup without issues
Will I repurchase? – This was gifted to me but I will be repurchasing especially because of the pricepoint
How I use it – I shake it properly and apply it after my moisturizer, I use it enough over my face and neck, it’s small so I don’t use it on my body.
