Visit the Colosseum, it is an elliptical amphitheatre in the center of the city of Rome, Italy, the largest ever built in the Roman Empire. It is considered one of the greatest works of Roman architecture.
Ice skating, go to concerts in churches and see some nativity scenes, also I advise you to just walk around and enjoy the beauty that is Rome.
Copenhagen, Denmark
The city is small and welcoming, with a mix of beautiful old buildings and clean modern designs lits up during the Christmas period, there are beautiful open boats rides around the canals of Copenhagen the weather is also cold and crisp.
The old and beautiful amusement park Tivoli gardens is a great place to visit, there are museums to visit with the family. There are family friendly apartments, hostels and also designer and boutique hotels.

If you’ll love to hike this Christmas period, the table mountain is a flat topped mountain covered with a blanket of moody clouds or showing off against a crisp cloudless blue sky. It will excite you to know that it was voted one of the New Seven Wonders of the World in 2011.
