Are Feminists ugly lesbians that hate Men??

Feminism is not a misandrist movement run by ‘ugly lesbians’ that hates men. I mean have you seen my pictures? Am not ugly and am straight, thank you!

Misandry is something that has been used to put feminist down – A misandrist is a person who dislikes, despises, or is strongly prejudiced against men.

Though they’re not even that loud! but can seem so loud because anti-feminists like to cherry pick quotes and ignore the much greater number of feminist writings.
In a nutshell what am saying is that some feminists hate men but not much and that is not the aim of feminism, people tag all feminist men hating because they do not know what feminism is about! –

Let me shed some light on what feminism is!
Feminism is women being treated as equals, and not being treated as commodities.

Feminism is about choice, the choice of wanting to wear blue or yellow because you want to, the choice of working or staying a housewife because you want to, It celebrates choice, and it’s a beautiful, wonderful movement.

Feminism is the concept that women are people then “women”.

Feminists believe in the total economic, political and social equality of women.

Not so difficult to understand now is it?

Am making the term Feminism clear because am going to bombarding you guys with a lot on feminism, there are some serious issues that needs to be addressed that I’ve been sleeping on.

  1. I laughed so hard at the title of this post. ‘Ugly lesbians that hate men.’?
Lol of course not. Feminists are people who simply believe in equality of sexes, a sort of balance. Feminists are intellectuals, beautiful and not lesbians (at least on our side of the world).

  2. I’m all up for equality and I consider myself a feminist too but I understand where some people are coming from when they say we hate men. It’s just that a lot of feminists out there act somewhat biased against all things men and most times their voices ring the loudest…if you know what I mean.
