You must have noticed that am going all in these day on the blog from the first DIY to this squat challenge, well it’s just something I intend on doing, like you never know the good stuff you’re going to see next.
Am starting the 30 days squat challenge and also working for a slimmer waist and am going to be sharing my journey with you guys, more detailed on snapchat (Phab_did)

The idea of this being 30 days is to allow this become a part of your routine, while seeing results of course! Because it takes the body 21-27 days to pick up an habit.
